Fear Not is filled with encouraging words from across Lucado's body of work, including his newly released book Fearless. If you know someone that does not enjoy reading longer books, Fear Not would be perfect because it filled with short, inspirational quotes.

I was consumed with worries when I began this book and was afraid I was just plodding along through useless pages. Then one night when I opened it to continue, there it was---the answer so clearly written to me I could hardly believe it! I had to read that one short paragraph over and over to prove to myself that it was really my answer!

This book is fantastic for evening or morning reading! Lucado uses scripture and his input to provide supportive, uplifting info.!!! I highly recommend this book. It reminds me how God is in charge, in control, regardless of what events surround me.

Are you ever filled with fear and doubt? This may be a small book, but it's filled with scripture and thought provoking mini-writings that remind us; God is with You, God is Never Surprised, God Provides and Guides, God is in Control, God Cares About You, God Loves and Forgives.
The scripture passages can easily help us restore focus for when life seems topsy-turvy. They remind us of the hope we have in Christ who is the Author and Finisher of our faith.
This great little book has the potential to have an awesome impact in the lives of those who read it.

Max Lucado has such a way with words. After reading his book Fear Not, I followed up with this Promise book. A great compliment to Fear Not I found this to be a wonderful reference I can refer to time and again.
